This is to let it be known that my realtor (Jobi Rosen) went above and beyond in her efforts to get my house sold at a reasonable price, in a reasonable amount of time.  She was always available to talk to or called me back within an hour.  She was able to explain, to my satisfaction, all the paperwork she brought for me to sign and why it was needed.  She was a voice of reason when I would have rather told the buyer off.  In addition to all this I sold my house "as is" with all the ramifications that brings to the table.  The first buyer got scared off with the rewiring on the house (done because the house was originally wired with aluminum).  The second buyer was aware of the rewiring but wasn't concerned partially due to some simple cosmetic changes Jobi encouraged me to make.  Finally, if I ever were in a position to sell property in this area agian, I would call Jobi first.
